Ukrainian diplomat Oleksandr Levchenko has written the main 7 myths that Budapest has created about Ukraine. In his blog "Budapest continues to produce fakes about Ukraine" he debunked Orban's Hungarian propaganda.

"Official Budapest is doing everything possible to block Ukraine's accession to the European Union. It mentions the alleged oppression of the Hungarian national minority in Ukraine, intimidation of its own citizens, that with the accession of a country like Ukraine to the European Union, the competitive opportunities of Hungarian farmers will significantly deteriorate and the standard of living in Hungary will fall. Other seemingly problematic issues are also being invented. However, the goal is to prevent Ukraine from joining the geopolitically important association of European countries - the European Union," the Ukrainian diplomat said.
In the author's blog, he admits that this task may have been set before the government of Viktor Orban by the official Kremlin.

"Budapest, unfortunately, demonstrates full commitment to Moscow's aggressive policy and lobbies Russia's interests as much as possible among the EU countries, while allegedly protecting its own interests," writes Oleksandr Levchenko.
